Smart DL AC-evo

The Smart DL AC-evo is an electronic pallet truck that, in addition to the lifting of the spokes (common to standard pallet trucks), offers the possibility of lifting the load to the storage height through a simple mast with great visibility.
The unique features of the SMART DL therefore allow it to combine the traditional operations of loads transport, typical of common pallet trucks, with additional functions such as operations of loads picking, storage of loads on shelves, loading/unloading of vehicles, simultaneous handling of two pallets, and easy overcoming of ramps.

The Smart DL AC-evo presents a double lifting structure, the lever structure for the lifting of the legs and forks up to 200 mm in height with a capacity of 1800 kg and the mast structure for lifting load capacities up to 1050 kg at a maximum height of 1400 mm.

MULTIFUNCTIONALITY, TRANSPORTATION, PICKING AND STORAGE:

This model combines the many functions of a pallet truck and a stacker, thanks to the independent lifting of the spokes and forks. The spokes can be lifted up to 200 mm, enabling the transport of pallets just like an ordinary pallet truck. Additionally, the forks can be lifted up to 1400 mm. This feature allows for the elevation of loads that are subject to partial picking to an optimal gripping height, preventing strain on the operator’s back.
Moreover, the forks can be lifted by the mast, providing the option for pallet storage on racks at various heights from the ground. This feature also facilitates the loading and unloading of goods from vehicles.
OVERCOMING RAMPS AND OBSTACLES:

This model is equipped with a special hydraulic control that allows the support legs to be lifted. This action increases the ground clearance of the base of the machine, enabling it to safely overcome ramps and small obstacles. This is a unique feature that is not found in common standard tiller lift trucks.
DOUBLE PALLET HANDLING:

This model has the unique feature of combined lifting of the spokes and forks. This allows it to transport two pallets at the same time - one resting on the legs and the other on the forks. Additionally, it can store pallets in an overlapped manner. This feature is particularly useful for optimizing space and managing goods, especially when loading or unloading goods from trailers or containers.
MAXIMUM VISIBILITY:

The pallet truck’s lifting mast, designed with maximum width and minimal vertical obstruction, guarantees an unobstructed view of the fork platform. This design facilitates effortless pallet handling.
