Discovery PB AC-evo

The Discovery PB AC-evo is a pallet truck, specifically designed with contoured forks for the purpose of transporting horizontally cored rolls. The forks are custom-shaped to accommodate the specific rolls being handled. This single unit is capable of handling a wide variety of rolls. Depending on the roll size and shape, additional tilts may be added to the forks of the pallet truck or, in extreme cases, Custom-shaped pallets compatible for fork-lifting may be used. Years of research and development have resulted in a unique shaping of the fork tip, ensuring optimal fork-lifting compatibility and minimizing the risk of damaging the roll, even if the roll is not perfectly centered during the fork-lifting process. The traction body of the truck can be fitted with either a tilting or fixed platform for the operator, complete with side containment rails for added safety.

The Discovery PB AC-evo is specifically engineered for the task of managing and transporting rolls. These rolls, which have horizontal cores, are typically situated on the ground.
TAILOR-MADE FORK DESIGN:

The forks are specifically tailored to accommodate the variety of rolls that need to be transported. They can include features such as tilting mechanisms or fork-lifting pallets to handle rolls of smaller diameters.
SCULPTED FORK TIPS:

The fork tips are sculpted to ensure optimal fork-lifting compatibility, preventing any potential damage to the rolls. This design consideration is crucial for the effective operation of roll handling trucks.
OPERATORʼS PLATFORM:

The Discovery PB AC-evo roll handling truck can be outfitted with an operatorʼs platform that can either tilt or remain fixed. It also comes with corresponding side containment rails for added safety.
