Electric Coil Tipping Station

The electric coil tipping station allows the coil or roll to be tipped from 0° (vertical core) to 90° (horizontal core). Combined with the lift truck for coil handling, it offers a complete package for those who need to rotate the coil, pick it up, and insert it into the unwinding machine. The tipping operation is carried out via convenient buttons on the control console. The two safety arms ensure the coil is securely held when rotated to the horizontal core position (at 90°).

The tipping station is specifically designed for tipping electric cable coils and rolls from 0° to 90°.

When combined with the lift truck for coil handling, the station represents a complete package for those who need to rotate, pick up, and insert the coil into the unwinder.
SAFE OPERATION

The tipping operation is carried out safely for the operator. The operation is performed via a console located at a safe distance, the load is never suspended but rests on the tipping platform and is securely held by the mobile arms.
