AGV TILTING STATION - Fixed Station for AGV Maintenance

AGV Tilting Station is a fixed tilting station designed for the maintenance of AGVs and AGCs (Automated Guided Carts) to ensure maximum safety for the operator. The arm system allows a 360° rotation of the AGC, enabling its maintenance on all sides. The lifting height can be adjusted to an ergonomic range for the operator, who can operate the controls for lifting and rotation outside the safety perimeter. Before placing the AGC back on the ground, a numerous series of sensors prevent descent if the arms are not perfectly in the 0° position. This product is compliant with UNI EN ISO 1493 standards for vehicle lifting.

The AGC can be rotated 360° clockwise and counterclockwise to allow easy access to every side of the AGC.
MAXIMUM ERGONOMICS AND SAFETY FOR THE OPERATOR
