Max AC-evo Speciale - Mobile platform with lift for molds

Max AC-evo Special is a customized product designed in this version for the retrieval and storage of molds. The extra robust frame is made entirely of steel, including the protective covers. The extruded mast is equipped with tilting. The equipment for retrieving and storing the mold consists of a hydraulic arm that slides on the plane to hook the mold from the shelving and retrieve it safely. The roller system is indeed retractable, ensuring greater stability during transport. Once in front of the press, the operator raises the rollers and activates the arm to push the mold directly into the press.

In this version, the Max AC-evo Special is designed for the retrieval and storage of molds.
RETRACTABLE ROLLER BED

The bed with a retractable roller conveyor ensures maximum safety for the operator as the roller conveyor emerges only during the loading and unloading of the mold. A special sensor inhibits the movement of the lift truck if the roller conveyor is not lowered.
MOLD HANDLING SYSTEM

Thanks to the electro-hydraulic pusher/extractor, the operator can grasp the mold, put it in the press, or store it with the greatest ease and minimal effort.
CUSTOMIZABLE

This mold stacker has been tailor-made for a specific load and customer request. Each machine can be modified and built according to a specific need.
