TM Speciale - Lift Table for Battery Installation on Electric Vehicles
This special lift table for the automotive sector was created to meet the high market demand for a robust product for the installation of batteries in electric vehicles. It is particularly useful for both manufacturing companies and workshops for replacing the entire battery from under the vehicle. The lifting via push-button panel allows for effortless lifting of up to 1200 Kg from any position under the vehicle. The platform is equipped with micrometric adjustments via a special handwheel that allows the operator to perform the battery insertion operation with minimal effort. The micrometric adjustments of the platform include forward, backward, left, and right translation, while the yaw and pitch adjustment allows tilting the platform in any direction. A convenient spirit level installed on board the table allows the operator to act on the micrometric adjustments, always ensuring perfect platform linearity even in the case of an uneven floor.
