SPD PRL-B

The SPD PRL-B is a full electric stacker designed specifically for tilting reels of different sizes. The new chassis and equipment design was developed to provide 360° tilting of reels up to 600 kg. The rotation is smooth, and the speed can be adjusted via a proportional joystick on the tiller. Rotation is fully electric to minimize maintenance and improve accuracy. The enlarged extruded mast and wide legs (available on request) are designed to improve sturdyness and operator safety. The new full-metal casing provides greater impact resistance and protection of components in case of accidental impact. The side-rotating clamp is designed to accommodate a wide range of reel sizes; it can take reels with diameter from 150 mm to 1270 mm and width from 380 mm to 1200 mm. The SPD PRL-B is a stacker that can be customized according to the reel to be handled if not within the standard gripping range.

DESIGNED FOR MACHINERY FEEDING:

The SPD PRL-B is designed for clamping and rotating reels up to 360° to facilitate the machinery feeding operation.
EXTRA STURDY STRUCTURE:

The straddle legs and extruded mast make the SPD PRL-B an extra robust and safe machine for the operator.
ELECTRICAL ROTATION:

Reel rotation is by electric joystick on tiller to allow greater precision during rotation and avoid accidental oil leakage.
CUSTOMIZABLE:

The SPD PRL-B is designed to handle a wide range of reels and can be customized to handle special sizes.
