TR for rolls

The TR is a tipping table, also known as an up-ender, with an L-shaped platform. It is designed for electro-hydraulic tipping of loads from 0° to 90°, with a capacity of up to 5000 kg. This table can be extensively customized in terms of size, platform height, and load capacity to best accommodate the load that needs to be tipped.
Tables from the TR series are commonly used in various industries for a range of handling operations. These operations include tipping the load from a vertical to a horizontal position (such as paper or plastic rolls, coils, etc.) and tilting the table for palletizing a load.
Given the nature of these products, they can be easily integrated into production facilities. This is made possible by the provision of an optional connection for operation via a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC). In this configuration, the TR is equipped with a V-shaped platform, ensuring the safe tipping of rolls.

LOAD TIPPING:

The TR is engineered to safely tip loads from 0° to 90°, handling up to 5000 kg across a variety of industries. It is adept at easily tipping items such as paper rolls, plastic film rolls, coils, molds, and other types of loads.

ENGINEERED FOR ROLL TITLTING:

Our unique V-shaped platform is specifically engineered for the purpose of tilting rolls. If needed, we can equip the platform with a roll pusher. This feature enables the centering of rolls of varying diameters on pallets once the roll has been tilted.
