The CP Light MANDREL is a highly compact, counterbalanced truck equipped with a manipulator for handling delicate rolls. It’s the perfect solution for those who need to manage delicate rolls using an internal core. The counterbalanced base of the CP Light - MANDREL allows it to approach the roll on pallets from any angle, offering a unique level of maneuverability in the market. The roll gripping system, which uses an automatic retracting manipulator, always ensures maximum safety by maintaining its grip, even in the event of a battery failure or an accidental power outage. The CP Light - MANDREL is specifically designed to grip and rotate rolls up to 90 degrees, making it easier to load and unload wrapping machinery.

APPLICATION: FOR SENSITIVE ROLLS:

Our CP Light MANDREL is equipped with a pneumatically retracting mandrel. This feature allows it to lift rolls using their ‘core.’ This method prevents damage to the roll’s outer material and facilitates operations involving the insertion of the roll into machines.

Our CP Light MANDREL truck come standard with a feature for proportional lifting and a traverser that can adjust up to 50 mm in either direction.
3-INCH COMPATIBILITY:

The CP Light MANDREL trucks are equipped to accommodate both 3-inch and 6-inch manipulators, and they also offer the option for quick battery replacement.
