Delta CP - Mandrel is an ultra-robust counterbalanced truck equipped with a manipulator for delicate rolls. It represents the ideal solution for those who need to handle delicate rolls by moving them through their internal core. The counterweighted base allows Delta CP - Mandrel to approach the roll on a pallet from any angle, providing unparalleled maneuverability in the market. The roll gripping system with an automatic retraction manipulator always ensures maximum safety, maintaining the grip even in the event of a dead battery or accidental power failure. Delta CP - Mandrel is equipped with a steering system with standard power steering and is designed for gripping and rotating rolls up to 90° to facilitate the loading and unloading operations of packaging machinery.

DESIGNED FOR DELICATE ROLLS:

Thanks to the pneumatically retractable mandrel, it can lift rolls by the "core," thus preventing damage to the outer material of the roll and allowing for machine insertion operations.
MAXIMUM RELIABILITY:

With its extra-sturdy frame, standard power steering system, and quick battery change capability, it can work seamlessly across 3 shifts.
MAXIMUM SAFETY:

Secure roll grip with a mechanical anti-fall system and pneumatic release system with a consent button.
ADAPTABILITY:

Configured for 3” and 6” manipulators with quick-change capability.
