DELTA E - Mandrel

Delta E - MANDREL is an extra robust lift truck with a manipulator for delicate rolls, designed for intensive use. It represents the ideal solution for those who need to handle delicate rolls over multiple shifts, moving them through the inner core. The widened legs, designed to go outside the pallet, allow for the grasping or releasing of the roll directly from the pallet and help increase the stability of the lift truck during handling operations. The roll grasping system with an automatic retraction manipulator always ensures maximum safety by maintaining the grip even in case of a depleted battery or accidental power interruption. Delta E Mandrel is designed for the grasping and rotation of rolls up to 90° to facilitate the loading and unloading operations of packing machinery; it is also available on request with an automatic roll pusher to horizontally push the roll onto the shaft.

DESIGNED FOR DELICATE ROLLS:

Thanks to the pneumatically retractable mandrel, it can lift rolls by the "core," thus preventing damage to the outer material of the roll and allowing for machine insertion operations.
FOR INTENSIVE USE:

The widened legs and extra robust frame ensure maximum stability, making the lift truck ideal for multi-shift use.
MAXIMUM SAFETY:

Secure roll grip with mechanical anti-fall system and pneumatic release system with consent button.
FLEXIBILITY:

Can be configured for 3", 6", or 12" mandrels and is also capable of being equipped with an automatic roll pusher.
