MASTER - Mandrel

MASTER MANDREL is a double-extended mast lift truck equipped with a manipulator for handling delicate rolls. It is the ideal solution for those who need to handle delicate rolls by moving them through their internal core. The widened legs, designed to go outside the pallet, allow the roll to be picked up or released directly from the pallet, contributing to increased stability of the truck during handling operations. The roll gripping system, using an automatic retraction manipulator, always ensures maximum safety by maintaining the grip even in the event of a dead battery or an accidental power outage. Master Mandrel is designed for gripping and rotating rolls up to 90° to facilitate loading and unloading operations for packaging machinery.

DESIGNED FOR DELICATE ROLLS:

Thanks to the pneumatically retractable mandrel, it can lift rolls by the "core," thus preventing damage to the outer material of the roll and allowing for machine insertion operations.
MAXIMUM STABILITY:

The widened legs allow for pallet gripping and enable the double-extended mast to reach its maximum stroke at full load, ensuring maximum stability.
MAXIMUM SAFETY:

Secure roll grip with a mechanical anti-fall system and pneumatic release system with a consent button.
ADAPTABILITY:

Configured for 3” and 6” manipulators with quick-change capability.
