TPE PB HL AC-evo

The TPE PB HL AC-evo is a high-capacity pallet truck, specifically designed for the horizontal transportation of cored rolls. The forks of the truck are custom-shaped to accommodate the specific rolls that need to be handled. This single unit is capable of handling a wide variety of roll sizes. Depending on the size and shape of the rolls, additional tilts can be added to the forks of the pallet truck. In extreme cases, custom-shaped fork pallets may be used.
Years of research and development have resulted in a unique shaping of the fork tip. This design ensures optimal fork-lifting, minimizing the risk of damaging the roll, even if the roll is not perfectly centered during the fork-lifting process.
The traction body of the truck can be fitted with either a tilting or fixed platform for the operator, complete with side retaining rails for added safety. This unit is designed with an oscillating traction body to ensure maximum traction under all conditions. Power steering fitted as standard, with the option for radio remote control operation also available.

ENGINEERED FOR ROLL HANDLING:

TPE PB HL AC-evo is specifically engineered for the task of managing and transporting rolls. These rolls, which have horizontal cores, are typically situated on the ground.
TAILOR-MADE FORK DESIGN:

The forks are specifically tailored to accommodate the variety of rolls that need to be transported. They can include features such as tilting mechanisms or fork-lifting pallets to handle rolls of smaller diameters.
POWER STEERING AND OSCILLATING STRUCTURE:

Every model comes standard with a power-assisted steering system, ensuring an exceptionally smooth and ergonomic driving experience. The unique feature of an oscillating structure provides optimal traction, regardless of the pavement conditions.
OPERATION VIA RADIO REMOTE CONTROL:

An optional feature of radio-controlled operation is available for our roll handling trucks. This feature enhances safety by enabling the operator to position themselves optimally for driving while the pallet truck is moving.
