4 Vie AC-evo

The 4 Vie (4 Ways) AC-evo is a 4-way lift truck specifically designed for handling large horizontally extended loads (like bundles of bars, pipes, profiles, etc.) within narrow aisles and lanes. With the 4 WAYS system, the operator simply uses a control to set the lift truck to move either frontwards or sideways. This allows for the storage or retrieval of even the bulkiest loads without the need for complex maneuvers.

The 4 VIE AC-evo is equipped with a lifting structure that features a single or multi-stage extruded mast. This structure enables the lift truck to lift loads weighing up to 2000 kg to a maximum height of 3000 mm.

FOUR-WAY DIRECTIONALITY:

Using a straightforward hydraulic control, the wheel orientation can be adjusted relative to the forks. This allows for a 90° rotation, changing the direction of movement from forward to sideways. As a result, it’s possible to handle bulky loads even in narrow aisles or lanes.

The double-sided lifting pistons provide an unobstructed view of the fork platform, facilitating effortless pallet handling.

The masts, made with special steel profiles, ensure excellent durability, even under the regular and continuous handling of heavy loads.
MANEUVERABILITY AND SAFETY:

The advanced DR EVO steering system equips the operator with top-notch control and maneuverability for pallet stackers. This is achieved through a newly designed steering tiller that includes a unique “tortoise” mode for precise, slow-speed control. Additionally, the system features an innovative two-speed command for raising and lowering loads, ensuring maximum safety during operation.
STABILITY ON ALL SURFACES:

Our pallet stacker is designed with a unique 5-point support structure, complemented by a specialized shock absorber system. This design ensures that the drive wheel maintains perfect contact with the ground, even when dealing with uneven surfaces or significant bumps.
