The DELTA CP is a counterbalanced pallet stacker that enhances the ease of use and maneuverability of traditional tiller-mounted pallet stackers. It incorporates the additional benefits typical of classic rider-operated lift trucks. These lift trucks operate without support legs and use cantilevered forks, enabling specific handling operations such as: lifting low-profile pallets, getting as close as possible to the load for picking up or storing goods when there are obstacles on the ground, easily overcoming ramps, and maintaining excellent residual capacities.
Engineered to deliver exceptional performance even at high lift heights, the DELTA CP can handle heavy loads without requiring any physical effort from the operator. This is thanks to the servo-assisted steering system and the optimal distribution of counterweights. As a “walk-behind” lift truck, the DELTA CP does not require a driver’s license for operation.

FEM PLATE AND CANTILEVER FORKS:

This pallet stacker comes equipped with adjustable forged forks, allowing it to handle pallets and/or containers of non-standard sizes, even from the closed side. It is standardly fitted with an FEM fork plate, which facilitates the easy use of clamps and hydraulic attachments. Plus, there is the option to outfit the stacker with multiple additional hydraulic circuits for increased versatility.
RETRIEVING AND STORING LOADS IN CHALLENGING CONDITIONS:

STABILITY, MAST TILT, AND RESIDUAL LOAD CAPACITY:
The design of our pallet stacker, which does not have any support legs touching the ground, allows it to move closer to the load all the way up to the shoulder of the fork. This means that the lower part of the stacker doesn’t interfere negatively with the placement of the load. As a result, it can fully approach the load even when there are obstacles on the ground.

Our pallet stacker is equipped with a counterweight system that ensures maximum stability. This is further enhanced by the standard tilting mast, which keeps the load in the correct position at all times. The unique design of the frame and the specific arrangement of the counterweight system allow for excellent residual load capacity.
SERVO-ASSISTED STEERING AND AC TECHNOLOGY:

Our pallet stacker comes with standard servo-assisted steering, making it easy and safe for the operator to handle, even when it’s fully loaded. The use of alternating current (AC) technology in our drive system ensures quick response times, smooth starts, and reliable performance, even on inclines. Plus, it provides excellent braking safety.
EXTENDED BATTERY LIFE:

This pallet stacker is equipped with armored 24V batteries, boasting capacities of up to 270Ah. This ensures a long-lasting battery life, even under heavy use. The integrated charger allows for easy recharging of the battery, simply by connecting it directly to a standard 220V power outlet.
