DELTA CP INOX is a counterbalanced lift truck, constructed entirely from stainless steel. This design combines the simplicity of use and maneuverability of a tiller-mounted lift truck with the added benefits of traditional rider-operated lift trucks. These benefits include operation without support legs and the use of cantilever forks, which enable specific handling operations. These operations include fork-lifting low-profile pallets, getting as close as possible to the load for picking or storing goods when there are obstacles on the ground, easily overcoming ramps, and maintaining excellent residual capacities.
The DELTA CP INOX is designed and built to deliver outstanding performance, even at high lifting heights. It can handle high capacities without requiring any driving effort from the operator. This is made possible by the application of a servo-assisted driving system and the optimal distribution of counterweights.

The lift truck’s stainless steel structure and components make it particularly suitable for operation in work environments that are prone to oxidation. This can be due to the presence of moisture, condensation, dust, and saline solutions.
The Delta CP AC evo 100/16 INOX model features a single-stage mast lifting structure. This allows it to lift loads weighing up to 1000 kg to a maximum height of 1600 mm.

FEM PLATE & CANTILEVER FORKS:

The pallet stacker is equipped with adjustable forged forks, enabling it to handle pallets and/or containers of non-standard sizes, even from the closed side. It comes standard with an FEM fork carriage plate, which simplifies the use of clamps and hydraulic attachments. Additionally, the stacker can be outfitted with multiple extra hydraulic circuits as needed.
LOAD PICKING/STORAGE UNDER DIFFICULT CONDITIONS:

The design of the pallet stacker, which does not include support legs on the ground, allows it to approach the load all the way up to the shoulder of the fork. This means that the lower structure of the stacker does not interfere negatively with the position of the load. As a result, the stacker can fully approach the load, even when there are obstacles on the ground.
STABILITY, TILTING, AND RESIDUAL CAPACITIES:

The structure, which is equipped with a counterweight, provides optimal stability. This is further enhanced by the standard tilting mast that ensures the load is always maintained in the correct position. The unique design of the chassis and the specific arrangement of the counterweight system contribute to excellent residual capacities.
SERVO-ASSISTED DRIVING AND AC TECHNOLOGY:

The pallet stacker or lift truck, equipped with a power-assisted steering tiller, ensures that the operator can steer safely and without exertion, even when handling the maximum load. The alternating current (AC) drive technology provides top-notch responsiveness, an impressive start-up, and superior performance, even on inclines. Additionally, it offers high levels of safety during braking.
EXTENSIVE RANGE:

The pallet stacker is equipped with armored 24 V batteries with a capacity of up to 270 Ah, ensuring an extensive range even in case of intensive use. The integrated charger allows for recharging the battery by connecting it directly to the 220 V power line.
