Our lift trucks come with versatile attachments designed for roll handling. These attachments can perform a variety of tasks including roll handling, loading/unloading from a machine, transport, and storage. They can adapt to handle rolls made from different materials and can accommodate a wide range of load diameters with a single piece of equipment.
The manipulators, through a special expandable mandrel, allow the roll to be gripped through the hole (core) running along the longitudinal axis. They guarantee the operator maximum simplicity and safety in performing operations of picking up, rotating, and depositing, allowing the operator to work, with a single tool, on rolls of different materials and sizes.
Using a single fork tool with a cylindrical shape (spike), appropriately sized in length and diameter, it is possible to fork and move rolls through the central hole (core) running along the longitudinal axis. Applied on common lift trucks, they allow load handling operations at various lifting heights.
Specifically shaped based on the characteristics of the roll, cradle-shaped equipment represents the ideal tool for the secure housing of the roll during handling operations. Equipped with an appropriate hydraulic mechanism, they allow the simple release/deposit of the roll without the need for manual pushing by the operator.
